Dissolved Air Floatation

Dissolved Air Floatation is a device which uses supersaturated gas in water to release fine bubbles when reducing pressure, so that oil beads and impurity particles in water are adhered and floated up, and oil and suspended solids in waste water are brought to the liquid surface to form scum, so as to remove oil and suspended solids in sewage. Due to the small diameter of microbubbles, the treatment effect and efficiency are much higher than other forms of air flotation.

Capacity: 10-550m ³/ h;

Under the condition of pressure, the solubility of air is high, the number of bubbles used for gas supply floatation is large, and the floatation effect is good;

When the dissolved gas is released by sudden decompression, the bubbles produced are not only fine, uniform in size and high in density, but also stable in floating up, causing little disturbance to the liquid, so they are especially suitable for solid-liquid separation of loose flocs and fine particles;

The process and equipment are simple, easy to manage and maintain;

With partial reflux, the treatment effect is remarkable and stable, and the energy consumption can be greatly saved;

It can be operated under normal pressure and micro positive pressure with low requirements.

Treatment of produced water from onshore and offshore oilfields;

Petroleum refining, petrochemical wastewater treatment, ships, ports, oil depots and other industrial oily wastewater treatment;

Textile, electric power, papermaking, printing and dyeing, mine wastewater treatment;

Waste water treatment of aircraft manufacturing, depot and maintenance plant;

Wastewater treatment of food processing, animal slaughtering, fishery processing, leather manufacturing and other industries.
