Caved Air Floatation

Caved Air Floatation is a device which uses aerator to inflate to form dissolved air water, and the tiny bubbles in the steam water mixture float in the aeration contact chamber, and attach to the oil beads and suspended solid particles, and carry them to the liquid surface to form scum, so as to remove the oil and suspended solid particles in the sewage.

Capacity: 10-550m ³/ h;

The ideal bubble is produced by the specially designed impeller, which has high flotation efficiency;

The residence time is short and the equipment investment cost is low;

The equipment is simple and compact with low failure rate.

Treatment of produced water from onshore and offshore oilfields;

Petroleum refining, petrochemical wastewater treatment, ships, ports, oil depots and other industrial oily wastewater treatment;

Textile, electric power, papermaking, printing and dyeing, mine wastewater treatment;

Waste water treatment of aircraft manufacturing, depot and maintenance plant;

Wastewater treatment of food processing, animal slaughtering, fishery processing, leather manufacturing and other industries.
