Induced Gas Floatation

Jet Gas Floatation is the use of the ejector. When water is ejected from the ejector at high speed, the suction chamber of the ejector forms a negative pressure, and the gas is sucked into the chamber. When the gas-water mixture passes through the mixing section, the gas carried by the water is sheared into fine bubbles, and the bubbles rise in the air floatation chamber, and adhere to the oil droplets and suspended solid particles, carrying them to the liquid surface to form scum, So as to achieve the purpose of removing oil and suspended solid particles in waste water. The air floatation method uses hydraulic air entrainment and spitting to form more bubbles with small and uniform particle size.

Capacity: 10-800m ³/ h;

The ideal bubble is formed by the special designed jet, with small bubble diameter, good flotation effect and oil separation efficiency of more than 80-90%;

Multi stage separation chamber design, short residence time, high oil removal efficiency;

There are no running parts in the equipment, so the maintenance cost is low;

It is flexible in operation and can be designed in various ways such as normal pressure and micro pressure gas seal.

Treatment of produced water from onshore and offshore oilfields;

Petroleum refining, petrochemical wastewater treatment, ships, ports, oil depots and other industrial oily wastewater treatment;

Textile, electric power, papermaking, printing and dyeing, mine wastewater treatment;

Waste water treatment of aircraft manufacturing, depot and maintenance plant;

Wastewater treatment of food processing, animal slaughtering, fishery processing, leather manufacturing and other industries.
